The Integration Trail
June 1 — The Integration Trail
Start Time: 9:00 AM
This hike is a sacred container for grounding and integration after deep medicine work. We’ll walk slowly and intentionally through the forest, blending sylvotherapy practices like breathwork, sensory awareness, and tree connection along the path. As we move, you’ll be invited to collect natural elements — leaves, stones, flowers, and sticks — to co-create a mandala offering as a reflection of your healing.
We’ll gather in quiet space for meditation, ceremonial tea, and gentle sharing, allowing the forest to support your return to the body and deeper understanding of your recent ayahuasca journey. This is a space for reflection, release, and remembrance — where each step is integration, and every tree is a mirror.
Come as you are. The land is ready to hold you.
