Hikes to Heal was created as a sacred space for those seeking reconnection — to the land, to their breath, and to themselves. These aren’t just nature walks. They are intentional journeys that blend hiking, sylvotherapy (forest therapy), and energetic healing to help you remember your wholeness through the wisdom of the Earth.
Modern life moves fast. Our minds stay busy, our bodies stay tense, and we forget how it feels to truly rest. But the forest has a way of slowing us down. When we step into nature, away from the noise and grind of everyday life, our entire system begins to shift. Scientific studies show that time in the forest reduces cortisol (the stress hormone), lowers blood pressure, and activates the parasympathetic nervous system — the part of us responsible for rest, repair, and emotional regulation.
Sylvotherapy also exposes us to phytoncides, natural oils released by trees and plants that boost our immune system and increase the activity of natural killer cells in the body — supporting both physical and emotional healing.
