Breathe with the Forest
🌬️ June 8 – Breathe with the Forest
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
This hike is a sacred invitation to slow down and truly breathe — with your body, your spirit, and the forest itself. We’ll begin by sharing cacao, a gentle heart-opening medicine that softens our energy and invites deeper connection to the land and to ourselves.
As we move through the trail, we’ll blend sylvotherapy practices with mindful walking, breathwork, and sensory awareness. This is not about how far we go — it’s about how deeply we feel. We’ll listen to the language of the trees, the rhythm of the earth, and the stillness between sounds.
At the end of our journey, we’ll gather to create a grounding forest tea using small, respectful elements collected along the way — a way to honor the land and integrate the experience together.
What to Bring:
• Water
• Journal
• Small backpack
• Comfortable shoes
• An open heart
• Dress for the weather
